Bittlebub came into my life as a stray (what else?) that was living under a house I rented. When I moved in she was starving, but was affectionate. Before long she liked me so much she decided to stay and so she moved inside the house. One day she thought she would like to go back outside and explore and she didn't come back. One night three days later I was watching a movie with my roommate and I heard a pitiful cry from the front door area. When I opened the door there was Bittlebub ready to come back in. Ever since that day if you open a door to the outside she will turn around and go the other way as quickly as she can. While she loves to be petted and will lay on my lap, or any other part of me she can get to, she absolutely hates to be picked up and held. When she's unhappy about something, like being picked up, she has the most indignant meow. She's very vocal when playing as well she growls and sounds like she's ready to rip someone apart but she's really just into playing. Bittlebub hasn't been near as interested in playing with the other animals since Molly moved in. At first she didn't really mind Molly too much as long as Molly didn't bother her while she was eating or using the litter box. All that started changing when Molly was all excited one night and wasn't watching where she was going and sat on Bittlebub. After a warning growl, which Molly ignored, Bittlebub sank her rather sharp claws into Molly's backside. Ever since then Bittlebub and Molly have kept their distance from each other. The only time they get close is at night when they both sleep with me. The bed is a strictly enforced no fighting zone with violators being unceremoniously ejected from the bed. Bittlebub sleeps by my head every night and frequently uses my hand or arm as a pillow.
